IVF in the United States typically costs between USD 15,000 and USD 25,000 per cycle when medications are included. Egg donation can exceed USD 40,000–50,000. In Spain and other European countries, costs are lower but still significantly higher than in Argentina.

The price difference in Argentina is structural, not a reflection of quality. Medical salaries, laboratory operating costs, and facility overhead are all priced in Argentine pesos — which means that for patients paying in USD, the cost is dramatically lower. The equipment, protocols, embryology techniques, and genetic testing platforms are identical to those used in leading clinics worldwide.

Some patients may need or choose additional procedures that are priced separately:

• PGT-A (genetic testing of embryos) — price depends on number of embryos biopsied. Included in the egg donation Plan PGT-A.
• Frozen embryo transfer (FET) — additional cycles using previously vitrified embryos.
• Egg donation Plan Plus — 8 mature eggs guaranteed.
• Egg donation Plan PGT-A — 10 mature eggs + full genetic testing of all blastocysts.
• Sperm freezing — for patients coordinating remotely.

Extended embryo storage — annual fee after the first included year.
All additional costs are communicated in full before any procedure begins. There are no surprise fees.

International patients typically pay in USD cash or bank wire transfer. Payment schedules and accepted methods are confirmed during the consultation process. Argentine patients may pay in local currency.

Most international health insurance plans do not cover IVF abroad. However, some patients have been able to claim partial reimbursement for diagnostic workups or medications. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance.
